Production typically takes 5–10 business days
after artwork approval.
Large or complex orders may take slightly longer.

Which file types can I use?
We accept: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, EPS, AI.
What if my file is low-quality?
Our team will notify you and request a
higher-resolution version before production.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes — every custom order receives an artwork proof
for approval.
5. Returns &
Refunds
What is your return policy?
Custom-decorated items are not returnable unless:
- There is a manufacturing defect
- The decoration is incorrect
- The item is damaged on arrival
Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
