Can I upload my own logo?
Yes! We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS, and PDF formats.
For best results, upload a high-resolution file.
Do you offer design help?
Yes. Our design team can adjust sizing, positioning, and colors to make sure your artwork looks great on your chosen product.
2. Production & Processing Time
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 5–10 business days after artwork approval.
Large or complex orders may take slightly longer.
Can I rush my order?
Rush production options may be available depending on product and quantity.

4. Artwork & Logo Guidelines
Which file types can I use?
We accept: PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, EPS, AI.
What if my file is low-quality?
Our team will notify you and request a higher-resolution version before production.
Will I see a proof before production?
Yes — every custom order receives an artwork proof for approval.
5. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Custom-decorated items are not returnable unless:
  • There is a manufacturing defect
  • The decoration is incorrect
  • The item is damaged on arrival
Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in original packaging.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely.
Payments are processed securely by PCI-compliant providers — SwagHQ does not store card numbers.
