How do I customize a product with my logo?

Upload your artwork or logo during checkout. You’ll receive a free digital proof for approval before production begins.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes, most items require a minimum order of 6 pieces. Refer to the individual item page for specific details.

Can I request a sample before ordering in bulk?

We encourage you to review the item specifications and size charts prior to placing an order. If you would like a sample, please contact us.

Do you charge setup fees?

We do not charge setup fees.

How long will my order take to arrive?

You can expect your order to ship around 1 to 2 weeks from proof approval. Transit times are typically 2 to 4 days.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Do you charge sales tax?

We collect taxes for goods shipped into South Carolina. If you are exempt in South Carolina, please contact us.

Will my logo colors print accurately?

Yes, we request pantone colors at order checkout. If you enter pantone colors, we will match them. If you do not enter pantone colors, we will match as close as possible. Due to limitations of certain printing processes, exact PMS matching is not possible for some items.

What brands do you carry?

Can I order unbranded products?

If you would like to order unbranded products, please contact us. Some brands do not allow for the sale of unbranded or blank products.

Can I return custom items?

Custom orders are considered final and cannot be returned. We have streamlined our process to ensure your order is produced to your exact specifications. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues.
