Women's M2 Grid Hoodie-Black/Vis Yellow

The TrueWerk Women's M2 Grid Hoodie in Black/Vis Yellow brings high-visibility color into a high-performance cold-weather layering piece designed for women who work outdoors. The combination of black body panels and vis yellow accents makes this hoodie a practical choice for jobsites and work environments where being seen matters alongside staying warm.

The construction starts with a pick-proof face fabric bonded to a thick grid fleece interior. This layered system traps warm air in the fleece structure while the face resists the pilling and snagging you get with standard cotton-poly sweatshirts. As work intensity increases and body heat builds, the fabric construction allows regulated airflow to carry moisture away from the skin.

You get consistent thermal comfort rather than the overheating and chill cycle that cotton blends can create. A double fabric hood adds insulation at the head and neck for cold wind and low-temperature conditions. The oversized patch-on hand pockets provide room for work gloves, small tools, or personal items without requiring you to dig through a bag.

The hidden interior phone pocket keeps your device away from the scratches, dust, and impacts that are part of any active jobsite. The Black/Vis Yellow colorway serves a dual function. The vis yellow color blocking increases visibility in low-light or high-traffic work environments while keeping the hoodie within the standard workwear palette.

It works as part of a layered high-visibility system or on its own where full hi-vis certification is not required but improved visibility is still a practical priority. The women's-specific pattern keeps everything in the right place during a full shift. The drawcord hem adjusts for layering. Add your company logo through embroidery for a durable finish that holds up through repeated washing and heavy use.
