The North Face Women's TNF Medium Grey Heather Sweater Fleece Jacket

The North Face Women's TNF Medium Grey Heather Sweater Fleece Jacket offers a lighter, more neutral alternative to classic black outerwear while keeping the same sweater-fleece construction and cold-weather performance. The medium grey heather tone is soft and versatile, pairing easily with a wide range of brand color palettes and making it a popular choice for teams wanting outerwear that feels approachable rather than corporate stiff.

This jacket combines the visual texture of a knit sweater with the functional warmth of technical fleece, giving recipients a piece that looks polished in appearance while performing like a true cold-weather layer.

The full-zip front, structured collar, and clean set-in sleeves create a tailored fit that layers comfortably under a shell or over a base layer without adding unnecessary bulk. Zippered hand pockets keep phones, keys, and cards secure, a small but appreciated detail for anyone traveling between meetings or commuting during colder months.

The heathered grey fabric provides excellent contrast for embroidered logos, allowing fine detail and thread color to stand out clearly, while also giving color print graphics a neutral backdrop that lets brand colors pop. For companies ordering through SWAGHQ, this grey heather option is frequently chosen alongside the black heather colorway to give recipients a choice, which tends to increase how often the jacket actually gets worn.

It suits winter client gifts, executive apparel programs, employee recognition kits, and outdoor-adjacent incentive trips equally well. SWAGHQ supports a 6-piece minimum order with 10 to 14 business day turnaround, and our team manages digitizing, placement, and color matching so every finished jacket reflects brand guidelines consistently across the full order.
