The North Face Asphalt Grey Apex Barrier Soft Shell Jacket

The North Face Asphalt Grey Apex Barrier Soft Shell Jacket delivers the same dependable, weather ready protection in a neutral, versatile Asphalt Grey shade that works well across nearly any corporate uniform program or gifting initiative.

Built from a wind resistant soft shell fabric, the jacket is engineered to stand up to brisk mornings, damp commutes, and unpredictable outdoor conditions without adding unnecessary bulk to the wearer's silhouette. A durable water repellent finish helps bead away light rain and drizzle, keeping employees dry and through transitional weather, while the brushed interior lining traps warmth without weighing the jacket down.

The stand collar with soft fleece backing shields the neck from wind, and the secure zippered hand pockets give staff a safe place to store phones, keys, or access badges while moving between meetings, job sites, or terminals. Articulated sleeves and a shaped hem allow natural movement, so the jacket performs equally well layered over a quarter zip or worn on its own during milder days.

The Asphalt Grey colorway reads as clean and professional, making it an easy fit for client facing teams, hospitality staff, and field crews who need a jacket that looks sharp from open to close. Sourced through SWAGHQ, this jacket becomes a branded extension of your organization the moment it is embroidered with a company logo or wordmark.

Our team manages digitizing artwork, choosing thread colors that stand out against Asphalt Grey fabric, and placing the mark on the chest or sleeve for maximum visibility at trade shows, offsite events, or daily operations. With a minimum order of six units and a ten to fourteen business day turnaround, teams can outfit new hires, replenish worn jackets, or launch a full outerwear program without long lead times slowing down the rollout.
