Carhartt Heather Grey Textured Fleece Vest

The Carhartt Heather Grey Textured Fleece Vest offers a softened, approachable take on the classic Carhartt work vest that transitions naturally between the jobsite and everyday settings. Heather Grey is a popular neutral that reads as professional in both construction and corporate outdoor environments, and it provides excellent contrast for embroidered logos in dark thread colors.

The vest is built from 7-ounce 100% polyester fleece that delivers steady warmth during cool-weather work without weighing you down or restricting your range of motion. A full-length center front zipper and zip-through collar give you fast ventilation control when activity levels climb, and the elastic binding at the armholes holds the vest in place through the repeated reaching and bending of active trade work.

Two zippered lower front pockets keep your essentials secure throughout the shift. The adjustable drop tail hem provides additional back coverage that workers doing outdoor tasks in variable conditions will genuinely use.

The relaxed fit is cut to accommodate a base layer or sweatshirt underneath without pulling across the shoulders or restricting arm movement, making this vest a practical year-round layering option. The Carhartt label sewn on the left pocket is a mark that crew members, clients, and site visitors associate with quality and dependability.

Ordering through SWAGHQ means your Heather Grey vests are decorated with commercial-grade embroidery, production starts at 6 pieces, and your order ships within 10 to 14 business days under a full decoration guarantee. Heather Grey works especially well for corporate safety programs seeking a softer visual profile alongside high-visibility elements.
